Holiday Inn Express & Suites Aurora - Naperville by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Had a pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Aurora-Naperville. I was traveling with my 91 year old Mother who rides in a wheelchair for distances. Parking was very accessible for us. We first requested a room on the first floor as I had told the Clerk my Mother was in a wheelchair. He did ask if we wanted a handicapped accessible room. I told him that we did not need one. But when we entered the room we found that it was entirely too small for her wheelchair. I couldn't get her wheelchair even into the room where the beds are. So we went out to Clerk and then requested the handicapped room, which was on the 2nd floor. There was plenty of space in the bathroom for Mom and her wheelchair. The problem was that the wheelchair did not fit past the first bed. Breakfast was good and hot with lots of choices. Checkout experience was uneventful."
"This hotel was in a convenient place for where we needed to be. It was sufficient for our needs, but not spectacular. The treadmill was broken. Breakfast was pretty good, but the sausage was not warm on either morning of our stay. The bed was comfortable."
"Check was quick and smooth, I really appreciated the staff allowing me to pick a preferred floor as well as getting us a room next to my sisters! Everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was a bit clustered with the waffle irons being right next to the main dishes, the line would flow much quicker if the waffles were completely separate. The plates and cups were also empty for longer periods before being restocked adding to the line backup."

What’s a holiday rental in Maple Park like?
Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Maple Park. Holiday rentals feature amenities such as patios, hot tubs and fire pits so you'll feel just like you're at home. If you're concerned about a sanitised environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of seclusion away from public hotel lifts and busy front desks while still allowing you a great travel experience. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive option for a family trip or a small group gathering.
