"Upon arrival, we waited outside after calling the number, then the person brought in the other couple that was there and told us we were staying at a different property(??). "Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight.
