Radisson Hotel Montreal Airport

"My family and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was a severe ant infestation throughout our room. Ants were everywhere, including on the bed. My wife was bitten multiple times while sleeping and is still suffering from significant itching and discomfort as a result. Housekeeping standards were also very poor. Even after the room was cleaned every other day, the floors remained dusty, with dirt accumulating in corners and along the edges of the room. The hallways and corridors were consistently dirty throughout our entire stay. The laundry was another major problem. The only machine broke down while we were using them, leaving us with heavy, soaking wet clothes. After waiting nearly two hours, we were forced to take our laundry to a neighboring hotel to finish washing and drying our clothes. The gym was also unacceptable. There was no air conditioning, only hot air circulating from fans, making it extremely uncomfortable to exercise. In addition, gym machine was broken and unusable. The outdoor areas were not maintained either. The parking lot was littered with garbage throughout our entire 8-day stay and appeared never to have been cleaned. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, broken facilities, and unresolved pest issues made our stay very unpleasant. We would not stay at this hotel again."

"A typical university residence room - poor but clean, no amenitis, small bathroom, simple welcome. Breakfast is included but surprisingly limited in what you can take, limited to a small plate, one tour on’y as well as for coffee."

"Overall our stay was great! The room was big and functional. The staff was pleasant and helpful.The property could definately use some dusting there were cobwebs on the lights in the hallway. I'm sure those have been there for a while. The cleaning staff needs to address that. The location was superb, especially because we took public transit to and from the airport. Uber to restaurants etc. Overall, I would recommend the hotel."

"La personne a l’accueil n’a pas voulu me remettre mon reçu de paiement pour la chambre et le dépôt de sécurité me disant que j’en avais pas besoin et ce, même si j’ai insisté. L’air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas, on a eu chaud toute la nuit. Dans la réservation, ça indiquait petit déjeuner inclus, on n’a rien eu de ça parce que la cuisine/salle à manger était en rénovation et aucun message à cet effet. En arrivant pour faire le check-out, la réceptionniste était sur son cellulaire, a pris notre carte et nous a dit aurevoir. Très très ordinaire comme service… Ce qui devait être inclu ne l’était finalement pas et on n’a pas eu de remboursement partiel. Je ne recommande pas du tout. "

"This was my second time at Hotel Birks. it is an amazing hotel. The staff is lovely, Henri’s Bistro is amazing and the location is perfect. I highly recommend treating yourself to a stay at this lovely spot in Montreal."

"The staff were very classy and always smiling. The service was excellent. Excellent location. Very peaceful environment and super clean. The bedding was spectacular and clean and new bedding. AC was very helpful in cooling you down from the humidity. Front desk is very knowledgeable."
