"Omgeving was uniek! Jammer dat het restaurant vanaf zondagmiddag t/m woensdag dicht is. De wandelpaden om een eigen vijver zijn magnifiek. Als je vroeg wandelt heb je kans om een beer te zien."

"There were a few aspects that could be improved. The bathroom was quite small and felt cramped, making it somewhat uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the shower appeared to lack thorough cleaning, and the towels provided had an unusual odor, which gave the impression they weren’t freshly laundered. Overall, while the aesthetic appeal and location were impressive, attention to cleanliness and comfort in the bathroom would enhance the overall guest experience. "

"Manoir Chamberland is a real gem of a place. Just 90 minutes away from Ottawa, it was the perfect staycation escape for me and my wife for a couple of days. The lazy elegance of Montobello is captured beautifully in this renovated heritage hotel by Dominique and Ross. The hotel is beautiful inside and out with designer appointments. The gardens are beautiful. We went in spring so could not enjoy the pool but pool side dining seemed inviting. The best part of our stay was a three course...

"The proprietor is friendly and super helpful, the bakery/cafe is delicious! The common area is stocked with pots/pans and utensils so you can easily prepare a meal if you wish. Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent linens. Nice area close to a market and a restaurant. I would stay here again! Be aware that there is a flight of stairs to get to the hostel area (above the cafe) and more stairs to get to 2 of the rooms."

"Very friendly and helpful staff who prepared a lovely breakfast for us. Room was clean and nicely appointed, with a wonderful view. Limited dining options nearby and not walkable but the inn was easy to find and included onsite parking. Would definitely stay again."
