"There was issues with almost all the doors in our suit. There was a big gap at the entrance door that the air and light were coming through. The huge sliding door between the bathroom and the master bedroom was broken; they repaired the door but that occupied our room for half day and our toddler couldn’t have a nap that day. After they left I noticed that the balcony’s sliding door was also broken the way the hot and humid air was coming into the room. Expedia says this hotel provides airport...

"The property is clean and well maintained but there are some service issues. Some staff seem under trained and some are very good. Getting towels for the pool area is hard. The bar closes early and the restaurants close at 10pm. Staff like Gladys( Gucci Gucci bartender), Miriam( Front Desk) and staff at the Spa were excellent. Rooms are big but lack the clean and luxury feel. Property good for old people/family outings so younger people/couples will get bored. Management needs to be more...
