"Did not like that the shuttle stopped running at night. My flight was delayed which made me arrive much later than expected & wasn’t happy having to pay a $40 uber ride for a 5minute trip. Hotel itself was fine - cleanliness is my main priority always & the room was very clean!"

"I was disappointed with my stay. Housekeeping never came despite being requested, the room was noisy because the windows did not block outside sounds, and the hotel felt old and outdated. The staff at the front desk were not welcoming, and the $10 parking fee seemed unjustified since there was no valet service. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."

"The check-in process was slow, late, and chaotic. We made our reservation for 3 rooms months in advance, requesting that we be located on the same floor. At 4:30, rooms weren’t ready, and the check-in process was still in process. When we asked if we could have a late checkout due to the checkin delay, we were referred to the manager. She denied our request and said they can put us in rooms on different floors if we wanted our rooms at 4:30. Note that we made our request for 3 rooms on the...

"We had booked a non-smoking room and we had to get up at 1:30am to let the front desk know someone was smoking weed and our room smelled horrible. The front desk guy just said sorry and moved us rooms a couple doors down, I would expect a different response and even a manager reaching out but nobody did. I will not be staying in this hotel again."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are really friendly, the hotel is very clean and they have FULL LENGTH MIRRORS! I really enjoy their breakfast. My only complaint is the the elevator is ungodly slow."
