"Booked so it was an easy transition for our flight the next day. Rooms are great. It’s quiet. Some of the staff are grumpy ( hostess at restaurant, cleaning staff) but staff otherwise is super friendly and helpful. You pretty much have to eat at hotel. Food is ok but felt overpriced. Bring snacks if don’t feel like paying to eat there or eat before you come. Location is great obviously as it’s attached to the airport. Short walk to terminal 3"

"I had to check in via WhatsApp??? I have never heard of such a process. Even when I emailed to tell them we would be there at 2:00 they were still emailing me saying that if I didn't check in by 11:00 the day before they would consider it a NO Show. Expedia said they couldn't help with the check in. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I didn't have WhatsApp and had to have a friend in the states reach out in Italian. They finally responded. It was a basic room, when I say...

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The large pool had a lot of chairs to lounge in which was nice. The beach bar was nice and relaxing, and they had great drinks and appetizers. It is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants, and even had a close outdoor restaurant that had life music. You could walk from the train station, but we took a cheap uber because of my knee."

"Room was spacious but the top floor rooms are extremely hot in the warmer months and the AC control units didn’t cool the room down properly enough to enjoy good sleep. I also thought the 11pm cutoff for check-in was stressful for a late flight that was delayed. Finally, I liked that the hotel provided a shuttle to the airport for me but I was unable to book the shuttle upon arrival as they were unresponsive over WhatsApp so I had to pay an expensive taxi one way."

"If you have to stay near the airport in Fiumicino, this place is VERY conveniently located and has all the amenities you need. The room was comfortable and clean. And we were too tired to look elsewhere for food, and the hotel restaurant was really good! The shuttle to the airport was prompt and very easy to book from the front desk."

"The property is tired and needs repairing. The bathroom shower/tub faucet is held together with caulk. They don’t offer their guest anything without there being a cost not even a bottle of water. They know most are not repeat customers and it shows. Pretty lobby."

"Well, first of all the air-conditioning in Italy is controlled. And it was very hot in the rooms and they had no way of making it cooler. The breakfast was really good Overall, the staff were very unfriendly. It was like you were a bother if you ask them a question. The language barrier seemed to be a problem, but instead of trying, they just would not answer you or be rude. I would not recommend this hotel"

"Hotel Isola was a perfect start to our honeymoon. We had the sea front view which was exactly what was promised. Opening the window in the morning to hear the waves hitting the shore was fantastic. A few minutes walk from the beach and the piazza outside had many great cafes and restaurants. The concierge was helpful in telling us how to get to Santa Severa by public transit and also made nice espresso on the morning too. Would recommend this place!"

"Voyage en couple. Emplacement près de plusieurs plages, resto et de l'aéroport. De l'aéroport c'est compliqué s'y rendre, il faut prendre un bus avec un transfert vers un autre bus. Le taxi coûte 55 euros pour un parcours de 8 km :-( Nous avons choisi cet endroit pour 2 nuits avant notre retour au Canada après 2 semaines à découvrir l'Italie.
