"We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure "

"While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower. "

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?"

"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. "Clean, friendly, well designed hotel with wonderful amenities and a very good breakfast. The most important, and the worst part of the stay was the bed. Two star beds at best. "
