"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"First time staying here and this will be my go to for Sac Airport travel hotel. I can’t say enough about the room itself. The bed is incredible, the amentities are wonderful and I especially appreciate the auto light in the bathroom except for when taking a shower, the light will go off due to no movement. A note card should be left indicating this so that you aren’t freaked out when taking a shower. Staff I encounter were wonderful. I wasn’t able to partake in breakfast as I had to leave at 3am...

"This hotel is only a few minutes away from the airport. It is next to a few restaurants and gas stations. Area seems ok. The beds were comfortable. They didn’t have shampoo or body wash in the shower, only conditioner. But no big deal. Would def stay here again."
