"This is the 3rd time that we've stayed here within the year. Check in and out is easy. They made accommodations for a ground floor room due to my parent's difficulty going up stairs (there's no elevator at the facility for the second floor rooms). Everything was great!"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay with the excellent service we had, whether it was food service or getting a new coffee maker when the room’s one wasn’t working. The staff were helpful and quick to provide service/help. I spotted items around the property that suggested lack of money or staff in up-keeping the property. Pool bathrooms were still dirty from the day before. An exposed wire on the pool deck under a tree. Spots on carpets, dust on light fixtures. Maybe little things, but if it...
