"A very nice hotel with a superb location and very good breakfast. I would gladly return"

"Uns hat es super gefallen. Hatten eine geräumige Suite mit viel Platz. Dusche riesig! Frühstück auch gut."

"We didn't like the first room we were given but the manager immediately gave us a different room which was much better. She was very friendly and clearly was doing her best to satisfy us. We very much appreciated her efforts."

"The hotel was well located for an easy walk to good local German restaurants, the Hauptstraße, the Heidelberg Schloss, the Alte Brücke, and the market squares. There is also a direct shuttle to the Frankfurt Airport (which was very easy to book online) a block down the street at the Hilton that saved us a 20 minute walk to the train station. We were also able to cache our bags with the front desk after checkout to make it easier to do more sightseeing until our time to catch the shuttle to the...

"The room was nothing fancy, but fine, and in a good location near the Old Town. I didn’t use the kitchen except for the fridge, as space was quite small and only one pot was provided. That might be personal preference, though. It really is more apartment than hotel, so know that going in. No front desk staff...

"Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Parken ist eine Herausforderung."

"Excellent hotel, wonderful staff and the room was perfect for our needs. A little damage as the coat hooks were falling off the wall but everything else was superb. Car park expensive but no choice and would prefer to have the €50 deposit taken in cash etc so you get it back immediately instead of 3-5 days."

"Truly felt like a home away from home. Excellent place, great staff."

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, war, dass die Angestellten zum Teil nicht mal gefragt haben, wie der Aufenthalt war oder ähnliches."

"First of all they tried to overcharge when i got tjere and when i was leaving. Expedia sent me amount i had to pay at tje property, they wanted $30 more, juat because expedia stated that they made a discount. 2nd. Exteemly hot, no air conditioning, opening window - loud restaurant below."
