Das Frühstück war seht lecker 😋 von richtig englisches Frühstück bis einfaches Toast mit Marmelade. Die Bar im Pub ist sehenswert, wir hatten das Glück einen Abend mit Live-Musik zu verbringen. "There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. "

"The staff was very friendly but I have to admit the internet even at times when I could connect was so weak, I couldn’t even access my emails. The shower has a power saver machine on it but the problem is the hot water cycles from cold to warm to scalding and around and around so you constantly have to dip under and out. I can’t say the stay was worth the price."

"Property was very pet friendly ( Monty even had his own sausage for breakfast free). Small caravan/ motorhome site adjacent to pub, only four letting rooms but excellent value for money,so book well in advance to secure your room, will definitely be returning."

"The friendliest place ever, with a true inn experience, rooms above the pub, small but with an ensuite! Centrally located for trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon, even only 1 hour from Wales. Bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful. Mostly the people made us feel like family, so lovely."
