"Very convenient to LHR airport"

"Pictures on Expedia for the property were somewhat misleading. It’s a very unique hotel In an equally unique spot - the middle of a busy intersection near London Heathrow T4. It seems the property, although completely booked, is not using the dining areas to their full extent & we found the menu wasn’t very extensive. The lobby & coffee area were completely crowded out. "We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !"

"Lovely property with all rooms within reasonable distance of the car park and reception. Very polite and highly trained receptionists. Room good size, nice coffee maker, clean fresh comfortable bed with nice pillows. Enjoyed trying out the Dyson hairdryer. Bath nice and long.
