"This is a lovely, vintage style resort hotel next to the E Calumet River and a few minutes from the Dunes National Park. The rooms are large and comfortable. (Though the beds are very high). There is a Pizzeria Uno on the property and a meeting or bridal center. Breakfast is the same hot breakfast and do it yourself pancakes or cereal that you get in many similarly priced hotels. I did appreciate the 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate machine. Excellent WiFi. Lovely pool. Great staff. "

"Room and lobby are tidy and clean. They are remodeling so there are things that are not 100% at this time. The staff is quick to assist and please you. Sometimes something is missing. The board was there but no iron. Just ask. It is pretty nice and will be amazing soon. I hope it doesn't lose it's ski resort vibe. A lot of places are losing their personality. "
