We dined in the evening and breakfasted the following morning. The food was good and service efficient, friendly and courteous. Our room was warm and clean and the bed very comfortable. Dirty around property meaning on the main path outside property burst and rotten and smelly rubbish all along path guessing the council bin men have had strike action and council not quick enough to clean area up thoroughly."
