"I am a returning customer. This hotel is next to the airport but it has the feel of a resort. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and the quality of all the food is good. There are a selection of restaurants at the hotel for other meals. The pool area is very relaxing."

"Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me.
However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful.
Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. Also Soliman at the lobby bar was super nice and respectful.
The bad experience was the doctor at the resort. He was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and...
