"I chose this hotel because it was close to Blues Alley and I was celebrating a birthday. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Most of the staff was warm. Front desk was friendly and helpful. I wish I was told that Alex speakeasy stopped serving dinner at 1130 when I made my reservation through the front desk. The valet guys were great and helpful. "The hotel is old,but they renew it, or tried to do it. The workers were friendly and helpful. "The property is excellent. Modern building and amenities. Room has a FULL kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The gym is large, clean and excellently stocked with modern equipment. The only note is to have better signage and communication when arriving to check in. It can be a bit confusing. The Kastle app is apparently not as necessary as the pre check-in instructions lead you to beleive."

"Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk.
