"I love the location of this hotel. Parking is easy and inexpensive. It is very nice hotel -- but WHY do all hotel rooms have to be gray or tan? Can't they have some color in the rooms? Also would be nice if there were steps in the main area (where the elevators are) so you could just walk down steps to the main area for drinks or coffee or the pool. What a pain to have to wait for an elevator each time."

"I will surely stay here again when we need a place in Moline or Milan area. We had two rooms and everything was perfect. They are nice large rooms and very clean! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and nice, the breakfast was amazing and the other staff was very helpful too. I wish All hotels would take such good of care of their property. The pool was fun for the kids."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The lobby restaurant/bar is terrific. The location is good. SURPRISINGLY, the front desk reception is cold, snarky, and sour. I did not have much to do with them, but after a long car ride, it would be nice to be greeted by someone pleasant. This is not the case. You are imposing on their alone time and are a minor inconvenience. I thought this was a fluke, not normal. But I had three separate interactions with three different people. ALL THE INTERACTIONS WERE COLD AND DISTRACTED. Too bad."
