"It was cheap and convenient the breakfast was lack luster not much of a choice to eat. The TV channels sucked for that reason I will not stay there again no sports or NBC channels"
"Very convenient from I57. Loved that there was a grocery store across the parking lot. Room was clean and comfortable. Had great room darkening blinds."
"The pool/hot tub have been out of service since December and doesn't look like it will be up and going anytime soon. I booked this hotel solely for the pool and hot tub. There aren't many choices in hotels in this area because it's rural. I paid more"
"Spacious room. Good mattress. Quiet. I was concerned being so close to interstate. Great ac. Good shower, both height & pressure. Dawn was very helpful at check-in. Would stay again."
"The TV remote was no fully functional. I asked the staff to address the issue the day I checked in. There was only one person on site, that I saw, they apparently didn't have time address the issue."
"We had a booking issue. Accidentally booked the room for the wrong date. We needed a room at 12:30am at night - last minute - to stop on our way to our destination. The room was accidentally reserved for the following day. I contacted support immediately. Less than a minute after confirming and realizing my mistake. Hotels.com said they would contact the manager of this property to have them accept to allow a refund. After numerous attempts to contact them - all of which were ignored, the website gave up and we don’t get a refund. We even stopped at the hotel and spoke with an employee. He attempted the contact the manager as we stood there. No response then either. Their lack of communication and disregard for other people is just sad. We will never stay at this hotel or a Baymont again. We understand the policy is no refund but even just allowing us to move the date to use the room or something would have shown some care. To just take our money with no response after repeated attempts shows their desperate need for the money. When we stopped at the hotel, we were glad we didn’t stay. It was sketchy and old. The Holiday Inn Express we found was much nicer and more accommodating."
