"The property wasn’t bad, but the condition could use some work. There’s no room service, and the cleaning ladies kept skipping my room even though i didn’t have the DnD sign out. My bathroom leaked everytime i showered and there’d be a large puddle of water surrounding the toilet. When I went, the pool was undergoing yearly maintenance, and was closed. Parking wasn’t too bad, it was only $26 extra. For a 3 star hotel, it felt more like a 2 star hotel."

"The beach and water were perfect. Some of the beaches at the resorts past Whaler's Village were too rocky. The Outrigger was right by Black Rock for cliff diving and great snorkeling with a short walk on the beach. The pool is old, but it is being renovated. The open grassy courtyard was a great place to watch the sunset if you want to get off the beach and have shade.Housekeeping was great and accommodating when we needed more supplies like coffee pods. "We love our stay here. Location is the best. Walk to Kapalua Trail every morning. The beach is beautiful. The property is nice, kitchen are equipped with what you needed for everyday cooking. The property is clean, easy online check in process. The garden and the pool are also beautiful."

"The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Rooms are a little outdated but clean. We would definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking, pool was great the kids loved it, and right on the beach."
