The host was very nice and was very proactive at giving us directions and figuring out the best routes. We stayed at a lower priced room on our second night and they helped us by moving our things so we wouldn't miss our tour. "Very nice wee hotel far from the crowds but with very good public transport connections. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. We booked the wrong room for our needs but they were very accommodating in upgrading and did not charge a fortune. It’s a family hotel so may not be suitable for everyone and I’m not sure if there’s a lift. Italian breakfast or just coffee available for extra charge, no kettles in the rooms though.
