"Overall, great!"

"Staff are friendly. The guests also seemed happy and the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant. The room was very clean. I loved that it was pet friendly and there are bins outside the hotel to dispose dog waste. The free breakfast is a plus and you get the basics. Only downside was that the pillows were flat. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay and I would do it again!"

The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. "

"The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. "

Room was clean and comfortable as far as air conditioning, but severely outdated and needed a facelift, really the whole place aside from the lobby area does. Tub was cracked, sink was cracked, armchair in the room was worn. Shower barely had enough water pressure to make it out of the showerhead. "No continental breakfast. Under construction. Glue fumes were prominent from new carpet. Doors were numbered with masking tape. Poor tv service."

"I smelled like smoke. The carpet felt icky the furniture was all scraped up or worn out like something happens in the room and the breakfast was peanut butte crackers granola bars and cereal. "
