"Everything about my stay was excellent. Very clean facility. Bed and bedding very cozy and the blinds really made the room very dark and great for sleeping. I also enjoyed the breakfast, with excellent choices. I will ALWAYS stay here when I Springfield."

A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment!"

"Room was clean and cozy. The whole hotel smelled great. Pool area was very clean, could use some resurfacing in the pool/ hot tub. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was a hoot! Friendly and interesting to talk to. Great location near conveniences and restaurants. "

"Did not like being charged for parking in the hotel parking area. Was the first time I have ever had to pay for parking in the property parking area."

"We stayed one night, the place was okay for the price. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the car alarm of one of the vehicles parked right outside our window. If we ever stay there again we will ask to stay on the second floor. There was also a lot of noise since people were walking in and out though the small hallway. The furniture is new and the restroom is well maintained as well."

"My stay was great. Only problem my wife booked my trip while I was traveling from Houston, I wasn’t sure what time I would make it in. My reservation was cancelled due to me arriving the next morning past check in. I didn’t receive a call confirming I was arriving early morning they just canceled and it was a bit of an inconvenience especially after driving 12hrs."
