"The room was very dirty. All the sheets were dirty, we found pubic hair on the cover sheet, blood and we also noticed that all the blankets had smoke burns. The blankets had hair all over it as if somebody had just used it and it was never cleaned. We called the cleaning lady in, and she was saying that everything was clean even though I was showing her the dirty blankets right in front of her eyes. "We arrived at the hotel on June 12 and stayed there for couple of nights. I booked this hotel because it supposed have couple of restaurants, coffee shop, pool, breakfast. When we arrived, we found out non of that is available at the moment. The hotel is under construction. There was one bar open, we ordered a food and the food was served on the paper plates and plastic forks. I don't think the hotel with the status "wonderful" should serve the food this way. They didn't even have coffee maker...

"This was my first negative experience with a Marriott property. The hotel is extremely outdated and had an unpleasant odor throughout. Our room smelled strongly of urine, the toilet did not flush properly, and the air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a lawn mower running in the room. As a result, we barely slept. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard I expect from Marriott."
