The hotel promotes free WiFi, but I had no internet access during my stay, and on the second night even the TV was not working. I reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of resolving it, I was given an 1-800 technical support number and told to call myself. Honestly, that’s not something guests should have to deal with while on vacation. The only positive aspect is the location...
