"Our room was wonderful, clean, and the shower amazing. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Free shuttle and back to Dream America Mall , theme park, and water park was wonderful and saved $. Breakfast was just ok for me but I was grateful to have it. I’m not a big breakfast person. Was set I. Gorgeous restaurant and had plenty to choose from. Would recommend and stay again."

"BEWARE!!! Please do not stay here!! This hotel has to be closed down!! We checked in had no linen or pillows in our rooms once we asked for some they sent a man who came to our doors with a shirt and boxer/underwear on and on top of that did not speak a word of English and couldn’t understand I needed linens. I was sooo upset I felt disrespected and it was such an unprofessional thing to do I don’t care if you was on call sleeping!! You do not go answer in your underwear's to anyone, you are at...

"It is good if they provide the complimentary water bottles at night and attach the handy shower in bathroom and lights are Dim at night ."

"outlets barely worked, beds are very comfy, sheets were decently cleaned, a little crumbs left on top which was dissapointing, washroom was very clean which I was happy about. Meh motel in general but great for the price!"

"You got what you paid for. There's hair on the bed. Broken cabinet door. Broken elevator light and very slow elevator. Won't come back."

"Tried to take advantage of us and overcharge for parking at $250 without disclosing that anywhere. Had to call maintenance in multiple times to get tv to work and turn off a light late at night because there was no way to turn light off. Shuttle was non existent, valet was nowhere to be found, food was pre made and bar staff were hired from the outside and had very limited drink options, everything was tapped."

"The hotel was clean and it was nice to have a microwave. The breakfast was good too. It is in a convenient location, about half an hour from New York City and about 15 minutes from the American Dream Mall. Plenty of electric car charging was nice to see also. Parking was good and free."
