"From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great curtosy and hospitality. We enjoyed the pool, hottub and sauna. The room was beautifully appointed. The best kept secret is the #24 Tram that takes you to the shopping district of Baixa-Chiado. From there the #28 Tram will take you across the city to many tourist destinations and restaurants/cafes/parks. The hotel was clean, temperature controls responsive, staff friendly. "Lovely property and the museum gives it a unique edge. Breakfasts were delicious - the hot chocolate is fabulous - and the dining room staff were particularly lovely. We had some confusion on arrival about the twin room we'd booked, which caused some concern and delay, but it was resolved after an hour or so. Close to the river and lots of the city centre amenities."
