Khách sạn Media Luna

"We have stayed here many times, and it never fails to deliver. Everything about it is just lovely."

"Excelente! Todos los empleados de todos los turnos son excelentes! Los recomiendo 100%"

"Clean room, el hotel esta un poco viejo"

"The staff were friendly and the room was kept very well, however I was suprised that there was no hot water for the last two days of our stay. When the lack of hot water was mentioned the first day, I was told is was not just me, it was the whole hotel, but my concerns were not addressed or taken seriously, plus I felt I was just been brushed off with 'its not just you, the whole hotel has no hot water', so it didn't really matter! Day two without hot water was our last day and we had to pay...

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good location. Second stay here and we will be back! Thanks"

"Location and views superb. Breakfast excellent. Disappointed that the pool and pool area were closed. Missed tea and coffee making facilities in the room."

"Overall great stay. Great sea views, nice atmosphere and decor. The restaurant is good but overpriced."

"The accommodation was clean and well maintained. It was cleaned daily. The breakfast was adequate for the price but it’s easy to get better elsewhere. The main point to be aware of is the room itself. I booked what I thought was an apartment that would sleep up to 4 and have a kitchenette. What I got was a twin room with a bathroom and nothing else. I tried to query at reception but to no avail. Room was fine just not what I had planned"

"Great location"

"Breakfast awful, no hot water in room for stay. Hot tub had so much chlorine ruined jewellery. No answer to reception or services during stay. Pool filthy. No staff. No assistance with baggage. The smell as you enter the hotels and unclean carpets . Such a shame, it could be a beautiful boutique hotel. But the manager and staff made no excuses or apologies. Don’t go"

"The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities we needed including exercise mat and hand weights, robes and slippers. The staff was super helpful and kind, and our massage was just what we needed! "

"Nydelig beliggenhet, utrolig hjelpsom personale. Flotte rom."

"We felt so at home in this beautiful boutique house. Attention to detail was everything… Everyone made us feel so at home… almost like it was our own home. We met Salema when we arrived and what a beautiful welcome she gave us… by the end of our 4 night stay, it felt like we had known her for much longer. Her breakfasts were delicious … I could wake up to eat them every day for the rest of my life. Our room (no4 ) was just perfect… overlooking the beautiful courtyard. Beautiful touches of...

"La struttura molto carina in prima linea vista mare , lo si vede anche sdraiati dal letto 👍😍Arredamento molto carino e lettone comodissimo!!"

"Clean room and hotel. Staff all good and very helpful and courteous at breakfast. Breakfast was as expected. Great for parking 🅿️ albeit one of my days I had to park outside on street as spaces full. Pool area was small with loungers that where mostly in shade if that’s what you want. However I prefer sun ☀️ so struggled to get exactly what I needed. Also didn’t like that although it said no reserving lounges - there was always the same two reserved with towels from early and then during...
