"Loved this hotel! Highly recommend!! The location is amazing!! Beautiful rooms and nice bar area. Bathroom was spacious enough. Rooms overall are not huge but very comfortable! We had a great time in Florence and could not believe how walkable the city was given the hotels location!!"

"The Rooms were large and spacious, very clean the location is 6 minutes away walking distance from Duomo and Piazza de la República and 5 mins away from Medici basilica and the main Train station. There is a mini market Carrefour close by if you need anything. The staff were very nice and cordial helped us a lot with Train info ( we did a day trip to Pisa) and headed to Venice on the fast train. I would stay there again."

"The property was very nice and well located near a lot of things. The staff were very nice and helpful but only available between 8am-9pm. There are air conditioners in the rooms to regulate the temperature. There is only an elevator to the second floor so if you have movement problems or very heavy luggage it’s probably not very ideal but very wonderful property would stay here again."

Room was next to lift so could hear it going up and down. Great base for exploration of Florence if want to stay to close to main monuments."

"The location was great and allowed us to walk easily from the train station with our luggage and to tour the city attractions. Our room was very quiet and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Frustrated that it was listed that laundry facilities were available but we found out when we arrived that they no longer had a laundry room."

"This hotel was perfect for a family of 4. 1st Location- location to the train station was so convenient, plenty of restaurants within close walking distance, central market, and an easy walk to everything else. Staff- from the minute we walked in they were so kind and helpful. Every morning we were greeted with an incredible smile. Room- perfect size, plenty of storage and offered some privacy. This was a great hotel!"
