"Excellent location and quiet rooms. Small lifts. Nice continental breakfast with small range of hot dishes. Most staff very helpful but some quite rude and abrupt. Shower in bathroom (small corner shower with split doors)not same as shown on website (walk in) made showering unpleasant. Coffee and tea facilities provided in room but the types of tea and coffee pods provided were not of the quality of the rest of the hotel"

"Hotel incrível, grande, com drinque ja na chegada e concierge muito prestativo. Solicitava água direto no whats e em poucos minutos ja traziam no quarto. Ficava pertinho de todos os pontos turísticos da cidade podendo fazer tudo a pé. Adoramos a estadia!"

"I only stayed one night, but the hotel is in an excellent location and was very clean. The only thing I thought was a little odd was you had to use a key to lock the door from the inside, which doesn’t seem too safe if there were a fire. The staff was extremely friendly at check-in and checkout, I would stay here again."

La habitación que nos proporcionaron estaba muy lejos del lobby y llegar estaba un poco rebuscado, había que tomar dos elevadores., sin embargo, era grande, de dos niveles (funcionó para nosotros, pero para una familia con hijos pequeños o adultos mayores no funcionaría).
