"Our room was close by elevator but it was quiet which was so lucky. Hotel location was great for eating and train transportation Some rude guests did take extra amenities then only available by request. Sometimes I need to shower twice a day so I wanted to ask for 5 to 6 packages of skincare products for our 3 nights stay. I know I could have asked but don’t want to be rude behaving. Breakfast was decent, but 3 days were mostly same menu, so we would not do again next trip here."

"The room was clean, the AC worked fine, the bed was comfortable (had to ask for another pillow). I was put on the 18th floor and had a view from the bathroom (elevator side). Now I got lucky as the bathroom was roomy enough i could actually fully sit on the toilet (and not scrunch up ).Let me say the room is small, and lose even more space with that tiny massage chair (its fine for Japanese, children and tiny women). But lets be real we stay here because its in Akihabara and less then 2 min walk to (JR) train station. Enjoyed the hotel as i left another one to come here and glad i did."
