"Clean and large room"

"Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves. "They are not pet friendly. They are pet tolerant. They will take $50 from you if you bring a pet. Exorbitant, excessive, unreasonable, and unflinching. I also have not yet been refunded my incidental charges deposit"

"The accommodations were ok; but other occupants were very loud outside the room and the walls are thin; room next door tv was very clearly heard and we could even hear the occupants’ coughing "

"PROS: Comfortable bed, nature view (even side of hallways), reasonable hot breakfast. CONS: $8 parking per day, lights in room were mostly dim, soap amount was low at beginning of my stay, hotel itself and the room showed many signs of wear, toilet is quite low hence ultra uncomfortable."

"The hotel was very clean and in a good, safe location. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is I paid extra for a room that said it had a wetbar and there wasn’t one. I asked the front desk agent and he had no idea what I was talking about. He said they had drinks for sales, that’s it. Very misleading I would’ve gotten the less expensive room."

They say the rooms are non-smoking, yet the first room I got reeked of Marlboro cigarettes — it was like a literal hotbox of smoke. Then the second room I got, because I refused to stay in the first one, was a complete mess. The sheets weren’t even cleaned, and housekeeping clearly doesn’t bother changing them. "Clean, spacious room, staff was friendly and welcoming."

"Terrible customer service. Asked for a hairdryer for three days straight and it was never delivered to our room. Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor."

"Pretty much a good hotel with ample parking. The staff was very friendly. Be mindful thereis no elevator in this hotel, so if you have a lot of luggage either leave it in the car or be prepared to lug it up a flight of stairs. Another thing that surprised me was that there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. My family and I had leftover Cheesecake Factory that we threw away due to this."
