"Be aware that you don’t get any in person contact through out the whole stay. You either message via Expedia or call the corporate office or through WhatsApp. If the initial supply of the toilet paper runs out, you will have to buy the toilet paper yourself. No washer for the room I stayed, although Expedia listed it as one of the amenities. Room is extremely basic, you can sleep and take shower. Only folding chairs are available. If you want sitting comfortably, you’ll have to use your bed. The...

"Clean room, lake view"

"Exactly as expected. Super convenient location and so bright. Had everything we needed!"

"Our stay was fantastic, the property has a great location, it's clean, convenient and service is top. I would highly recommend it."

The biggest issue is that they had already taken my money, canceled my stay at the last minute, and then refused to provide me with a refund. This left me having to deal with the situation and find another place to stay despite having already paid for a confirmed reservation. I...
