During our three-day stay, the room was cleaned on request, and towels were changed upon request as well. When I asked for fresh towels, they arrived promptly—and as a lovely...

"room was fine. staff good but house keeping let it down. never changed towels or emptied bin. didnt wash up cutlery. just a little lazy. food in bar is way too expensive so didnt eat."

The hotel has an old period charm and sits perfectly in the Ditton Village area. I did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast, but hopefully next time I can.
