Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on...

The breakfast pastries provided in the morning were absolutely delicious as well.
