"Hotel convenient to downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Formerly a Country Inn & Suites and still looks that way. Front Staff very nice, room very clean, but dark and lighting reminded me of 3rd world low wattage. I ate the breakfast my first morning, but could not tolerate it two days in a row and went to nearby Bob Evans. It reminded me of the breakfast at a low budget Days Inn. Floors in the lobby and main hallways were warped up due to water and need to be replaced. I probably sound more harsh...

"The hotel is very clean and updated. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just okay. They are open during the week from 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 9am for breakfast and everything was mostly gone with nothing being refilled at that time. Yet breakfast should be until 9:30 and I feel like the food should be replenished until the end of the designated time. Also, there was no yogurt in the refrigerator. The coffee machine was...

"Hotel is getting ready to be renovated, hence 4 vs 5 stars...would give 4.5 but didn't allow half stars. Hallway carpets were clean but could see fading of design on carpet. Overall for a one night stay, beds were super comfy, linens n towels smelt fresh, appreciated hooks by the shower to hang towels & storage of extra towels were on shelves over vanity instead of over toilet. Great water pressure, one issue but didnt hinder shower... shower curtain wouldnt stay open, kept sliding 2 the...

"The room was spacious. Request one away from the road to avoid the morning road noise. Breakfast offered a good variety from eggs, meat, and biscuits to cereals (both hot and cold), toppings, yogurts and fresh fruit. Free water bottles was a nice touch as we're the cookies."

"The pool was smaller than expected, but warm and relaxing regardless. The space is well-kept, and staff were friendly and professional. After a group of teenage athletes cleaned out the breakfast area, food was quickly replenished.
My room was very clean, but I have two small complaints - the refrigerator in the room kept making weird sounds, and my door was slightly jammed and I had to push and pull extra hard to make sure it was closed."
