"Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug."

"As far as our room trash was only emptied once in our room 1 time in three days no beds made. And ants were every where. There were ants at different times crawling on me in the bed , but I did not know it was a noted problem that they knew about. I killed those 3 ants and the I seen 2 in the shower killed those. Then went to bed and my gf. Found ants traps in the floor.this place is a very nice place and the price was good but we could have done with out the ants."

"This is not their fault but I hate the trendy sliding bathroom doors, the don’t have privacy like traditional doors and the gaps in the side are just not something I like especially with kids in the room. Also when did not having exhaust fan become a thing the last 6 places I’ve stayed had no exhaust fans in the bathroom. I find this odd and kind of gross. Also you can’t turn the porch light off, strange. The wife and I found this annoying as bugs at night were an issue. Other than that it was a...

"It's a cheap place to stay and it's close to everything the coffee is not the best if you want a gd cup you'll have to bring your own pot or go get one elsewhere the hall smelt bad of weed but if your looking for something reasonable it works"

"This room was cheap and was actually very nice. The only complaint we had was the musky/wet smell in the room. The elevator was super slow and sometimes seemed a little sketchy. Not a ton of parking either. But we’ll work the money we paid."

"Every room was dirty, pool was unusable, breakfast was simple not many choices and cards for rooms stopped working many times!! It was very unfortunate as it was in such a great location. I spent one full hour cleaning the room. And spent an extra $30 on cleaning supplies. Rugs seem to have never been cleaning and the place is completely outdated with a musty smell."

"This is an historical property - very good location with parking. If you come later in the day, the parking is down a hill from the entrance. Room is dated, bathroom is small, bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fine. Room was clean."
