This hotel far exceeded our expectations, with a pool, hot tub, kickback hours, free drinks, complimentary breakfast, and free parking, making it arguably the best bang for your buck. When we return to Richmond, we will likely stay here again."

"Room had cosmetic issues. Rug was coming up at bathroom door. Shower curtain rod was hanging down so that water went all over floor. Floor was not level. "
