"Sehr gute Lage, super Frühstück - Verhalten und Freundlichkeit des Personals der Rezeption stark verbesserungsbedürftig. Vom Ton her eher arrogant - aber nicht nur gegenüber uns, sondern allgemein gegenüber allen Gästen - teilweise überforderten und einen durchweg gestressten Eindruck gemacht.
Unser Zimmer war nicht gereinigt (Haare in der Dusche, angebrochene Getränke im Kühlschrank). Der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde war unprofessionell. "
