"La habitacion que me asignaron no tenía aire acondicionado, según el staff fue la que seleccione a la hora de reservar. Lo preocupante y raro es que en la descripción y los detalles de habitación no especificaban que no tenía AC. En mi opinión es una falta de respeto al cliente el no especificar ..."
