"Food was great. Check in was a surprise and cost extra because of a glitch with Expedias booking. Not impressed but impressed that Pat did what she could to correct it."

Rooms lovely and roomy with plenty of hot drink choices also bottles of water. Bathroom very clean with good shower. In a nutshell we couldn't have got better in Hawes."
