"Struttura moderna e semplice con tante camere pulite e ben tenute. La camera era molto grande e bella, con tutti comfort che ci aspetta da questo tipo di struttura, il bagno era spazioso con una doccia enorme. "Honestly this was the MOST perfect stay for a new forest adventure. i cannot tell you how special this place is you just need to go an experience it for yourself. Special shout out to ALL the staff, they were just as perfect as the room was. thank you thank you thank you. it was a dream."

"We loved staying in this 13th century inn. We were given a room in the original section of the inn - amazing wattle and daub walls, original timber work and wonky floors! The River Avon flows past the front of the Rose and Crown property. A beautiful settling and a privilege to be able to stay here! If you love history, this is the place to stay in Salisbury."

"Hilary and Mark, mother and son were both very pleasant and helpful. Some good suggestions about different places to visit in the area."

"Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely stay again! The rooms were nice and cosy, great food options, quiet location, friendly staff and only a few minutes drive from car parks to walk in the New forest. Highly recommend"
