"The hotel was conveniently located and my room was clean and comfortable. I thought that there were no slippers but I just didn’t look carefully enough. The only issue I had was that the gym was very small and only had limited equipment."

I arrived at around 9:30am after what felt like 16 hours without sleep, and although check-in wasn't until 3pm, Sebastian at reception kindly checked whether my room was ready. Luckily it was, and he let me check in early so I could get some much-needed rest. That small act of kindness made such a difference and was a fantastic start to my stay. "This is a lovely older property very close to old Brussels and Grand Place but not right in the middle of the crowds. It is very well maintained and has a calm atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. It is a short walk to the central station. The beautiful Galeries de St Hubert are almost across the street and there are many restaurants and waffle cafes. We would definitely recommend it."

"Fabulous location off the Galleries, near Grand Place and lots of restaurants. Easy for Central Station. Well air-conditioned room which we appreciated in the heat. Surprisingly quiet at night given its central location. Would definitely recommend and come again."

"The staff were very welcoming and efficient and made checking in a breeze. We arrived early and just walked around Brussels while they stored our bags. We got an oleander arise when our room was ready 3 hours early. Room was fantastic and the breakfest in the morning was the perfect way to grab some food before getting the train. Awesome visit to Brussels."

"THEY DO NOT HAVE AIRCONDITIONING . too far from everything if it is a hot day to walk. i would not stay here. they do not return your money if you don't like the motel they have"

"The hotel was a short walk from the metro but also only 25 mins walk to centre of Brussels. There was a local shop across the road and a supermarket a 5 mins walk away as well as a variety of eating places. Booked a balcony room and we got a huge veranda which was amazing as we were there when it was extremely hot and sunny. Would recommend if visiting Brussels."

"Beautiful clean rooms, staff was very helpful and kind. Received a very generous free upgrade when we arrived to the property. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and our room had an nespresso with nice coffee. It’s in the perfect location, we were super close to everything but it was super quiet at night. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Brussels!"
