"We were told our room would be ready by 3 pm but we didn’t get our keys until 3:45 pm. Everything in the room was excellent but we had difficulty using the laundry equipment. It didn’t seem to dry on the dry cycle, it added more water. One small suggestion is the addition of a towel bar near the bathroom sink for a hand towel. The staff was very helpful and they provided a fan as it was very warm."

"This property was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Great location, too. However, in an effort to save energy, the bathroom lights were on a motion detector. There is nothing worse than finding yourself in a soapy, slippery shower in the pitch black because the lights would not stay on. Would never stay here again because of that!"

"Fabulous experience from start to finish: a good sized room in a second to none location bang on in the centre of Edinburgh, and only a 10 minute walk from Waverley train station. The offices were located within a further 10 minute walk, meaning that we could leave our bags there upon arrival while waiting for the room to become available. We left our bags at the offices again after check-out, meaning we didn’t have to incur any extra charges for luggage storage on our last day. The room itself...

"We loved having an entire apartment to ourselves for the duration of our stay in Scotland! It was near a lot of great restaurant/food options, and just a short walk to the train station and a tram stop. It was a little outside of the heart of Edinburgh, so it was much quieter than it would have been if it had been more central, but we liked that! We didn’t realize we had booked a lower-level (basement) apartment, and I would not do that again. It was pretty dark and damp, which we weren’t fans...

"Our apartment had the most amazing views (flat 6 at no 4 Hanover st ) and was incredibly spacious and clean. Unfortunately we hadn’t realised we would be on the top floor with no lift and have learned to perhaps check better before booking as my husband had difficulty with stairs. Fortunately the flat was so good it made up for the difficulties. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
