"Terrible. I expected so much better for the price. Location was great, but that's where the positives end. Staff for check in was incredibly rude. Kept stopping check in with me to assist other travelers. Then got to the room and it was stifling. "Conveniently located. Several amenities bir a quick bit availabke. But my Room was not made up or refreshed on second day by 4 pm. Very full hotel due to World Cup. When i left at 6:15 am i asked desk ckerk to call fir a taxi but he directed me outside instead to a cab that was occupied. No one else around so inhadvto walk to intersection to flag another. Lack if customer care at that hour. Several staff behind desk."

"The location was perfect as it was close to the Barrymore Theatre and a short Uber ride to the cruise port.
I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant. I felt like this was a bait and switch.

"Very conveniently located and close to everything. Solo traveling, woman and I felt completely safe. Staff was very helpful with helping when my digital keycard wasn’t working and in extending my stay 2x. New fav budget hotel!"
