"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"The location is very good and convenient to the train station- 3min walk. The view from the property is amazing. The room was very spacious and with fantastic view too. Staff is super friendly. Included dinners were excellent. Breakfasts was good enough."

"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. "The room was very large and comfortable for a business hotel. I was very impressed by the condition of the hotel, would definitely recommend it if you want a nice hotel near Toyama station."

"There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely in those spaces."
