"Staff friendly, helpful and efficient: very pleasant."

"We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. "Decent room, perhaps a bit of noise from guests (Friday night) but spacious and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. Pub meal was on point and better than it was previously. Staff were great. Parking was fine though not many spaces if arriving at a busy time."

"Great stay, lovely rooms and great food"

"Really convenient for what I needed courtyard style room straight onto the car park. Dog friendly with some great walks around the area. Super easy check-in key was in the door. Appreciated the fruit teas and coffees in the morning. We’ll stay again if I need to be in that area."

"Warm welcome Lovely room Breakfast delicious Check out could be better"

"A very nice hotel with clean cosy rooms. Breakfast was excellent with local farm products but portions are small. Would definitely recommend it"

"Lovely room comfortable bed staff friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast"

"I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again."

"Lovely B&B would have been nice to have Breakfast included in the room rate. Room lovely, comfy bed a great pillows. Lovely Roast. We will definitely return !"

"Service charge of 10% is a bit high on the restaurant bill."
