"1000 steg till tunnelbanan, ett hotell för de som kör bil. Lyhört och tvåglasfönster. Konserter på parkeringen mittemot varje kväll. Receptionen utan tillgång till öronproppar vid tillfället."

"Convenient location Small rooms"

"The location was excellent, walking distance to everything. The room was nice, the staff were friendly. We loved our trip to Bilbao!"

"Perfect location! Close to escalators to take you up the hill even though not all were working but still saved on steps uphill! Also doesn’t work on weekends."

"We chose this as it was next to the bus station. The reception area was perfumed and had overpowering graphics on the wall. Room was a good size with comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities with a plastic kettle. Bedding was scented. Bring an eye mask. Breakfast was adequate - some cooked offerings, we just had toast, coffee was good but pastries poor."

"Great staff, super nice people working there. Great location with views of Guggenheim. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel and good proximity to other places to eat."

"The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel was well located on one of the main streets. Although it is in the more modern part of the city, there are excellent transport links - a bus stop right outside, a metro station nearby, as well as the tram. Having said that, if you don't mind walking, most places of interest are walkable. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful."

"Clean and updated. Great location, good price."

"Matige prijs-kwaliteit"

"Muy bien situado. Personal atento habitaciones amplias."

"A beautiful hotel in the waterfront, about thirty minutes by Metro, outside of Bilbao City. Within ten minutes walk of two Metro stations, it was a wonderful base to explore the city and have the tranquility of water to retreat to. Some nearby bars and shops too made for a very pleasant weekend break for me and my daughter, they're for a big right match in San Mamés. Will definitely go back with my family."

"Best feature :Very close 5 min to airport by shuttle starting at 5 running every 10-15 minutes if busy. Helpful staff but Excessively long time to check in with long lines likely due to very cumbersome system and process. Rooms and facility is dated. Restaurant access via outside not lobby got us all wet in the heavy rain. Parking is fine. Served breakfast from 5 but I did not have time. Convenient located for an average airport hotel."
