"Great location and hotel room had everything we needed for a family of four with 2 teenagers. We had the quadruple room (2 bunk beds) which was great. Had a great holiday & would definitely stay again. "

"The room was clean, pretty nice amount of space, great little washing machine and a washroom with an air dry setting for clothes. There are two large trash bins (for recycling and trash), and I do think if we had filled them we were able to request a pickup if needed, additional clean towels were also available, but only on request. Room with beds has a small table/folding chair set for use but it is a bit tight so we did not use (triple single beds). Reasonable amount of storage (closets)...

"The place was fantastic! Really loved the location, as it was close to multiple metro lines, making it super easy to get around Osaka. It was extremely quiet in the room, despite it being next to the metro! It was overall a fantastic place to stay and will stay here again when we return to Osaka!"

"The place was clean and well cared for but when walking from Umeada station you we had to walk through an adult entertainment area that didn’t feel comfortable at night with kids. This building is also located close to a hospital and there were frequent ambulances. "
