The hotel is close to the train station and clean. Check in is not the smoothest but not very hard neither. Room is small. We booked a room for 4 people but only 3 sets of dishes/cups and such were provided. Garbage cans are of decent size except no extra bags provided. Upon request, we did receive an extra. Overall, it's a great value for its location. We will probably use it again in the future.

The property is a short walk from the train station. The lack of a front desk was a little weird and new for us but the check in through ipad was easy and clear. We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. They were so helpful and kind. Just amazing.

4.5 star - exactly what we need. It is very close to the 3 or 4 train and subway stations we used. Can’t beat the location. We could even just wheel our suitcases to the Airport express train. If the washing machine has drying function as well, it would have been 4.9 stars. The initial self check-in was a bit of a problem - the system was glitchy and we could not complete the process without calling the remote help desk from the unmanned front desk.

Our second time at the Minn apartment hotel. High quality service, apartment is very clean and provide all the modern amenities, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Location was duperb with Osaka station being 5 minutes walk away. Higjly recommend.

Being able to rent an entire apartment was a life saver for traveling with a family. The rooms were spacious (especially for Japan.) I liked the area it was in and it was nearby to trains to get to Universal.

We struggled with the bed so low to the ground as getting up is a struggle when you are getting on in age. Coffee shop next door was a good stop all other ammenities were satisfactory. The floors were in need of a clean.

About a 10 minute walk to train station and shopping so it was quiet. Beds were low to the ground so not a lot of places to put suitcases - could not put them under the beds. Be sure to follow the check-in & access instructions carefully, they are easy to understand once you do this.

I really appreciated the property's convenient location, just a short distance from two train stations—one of which is the main Osaka station. We opted for the bus from the airport into the city and then walked from the bus stop to the property. The nearby Fukushima JR station is also a great alternative, offering a quieter experience. One small downside was the extra futon, which we didn’t need for our baby. When we moved it, we noticed the floor underneath was quite dirty. It wasn’t a big issue since we cleaned it ourselves, but it would have been nice if it had been tidied up before our arrival. Having a washer in the unit to do laundry was a big plus, allowing us to pack lighter and save room for omiyage! Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay. The surrounding area has fantastic restaurants—including a ramen shop that stays open late, which was a great find, as well as a 7/11 across the street for late night snacks!!
